  • Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel or reshedule your event, you must do so within 7 days.  The 20% security deposit is non-refundable however, you may choose to reshedule your event to another available date.

  • Venue Access

    After all payment has been secured, the venue will be accessible on the exact time and date specified in the rental agreement.  After the event is complete, the doors will be locked by one of our staff.

  • Parking

    Parking is available in the parking lot right in front of the venue, to the rear of the adjacent building near the dumpsters or any other parking stalls in the Murrieta East complex.

  • Outside Vendors

    Outside vendors may be used for catering, DJ's and photographers however, there is a $250 outside vendor fee required to do so.

  • Catering

    Private Party Events does work with perferred catering vendors.  Should you require food service at your event, please contact us at 800-975-3579 and one of our staff will discuss food type, menu and pricing with you.

  • Alcohol Use

    The sale of alcohol of anykind is not permitted in our facility under any circumstance.  As these are all considered "private parties", our clients may choose to provide their own alcohol.  If alcohol is being served at the event, it must be served by one of our licensed bartenders.  All guest consuming alcohol must present proper identification before being served.  At no point is any minor permitted to consume alcohol.  If this happens, the event will be shut down immediately regardless of remaining time left and the client will not be refunded.

  • Clean-Up

    It is required that our clients who book our venue, thorougly clean the facility after the completion of the event.  If the venue is left dirty, (including the exterior of the building and the parking lots), the client is subject to a $125 cleaning fee.  The credit card used to book the event will be kept on file and charged should the venue not be properly cleaned.  No exceptions.

  • Things That Are Not Allowed Inside the Venue

    While we do want your experience to be tailored to your liking, we do not allow the following items inside the venue:


    • No confetti
    • No glitter
    • No flamable candles
    • No sparklers
    • No hookahs
    • No smoking (cigarettes/ marijuana)
    • No animals
    • No unsupervised children
    • No outside alcohol

    We thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of our facility.

  • Loitering in Front of the Venue

    In order to comply with city regulations and to respect our neighbors, we ask that you or your guest not loiter in the front of the building.  If you need to return to your car or do some other type of activity, please do so and return back to the building.

  • Unruly Behavior

    We want your experience with us to be memorable and enjoyable.  However, all guests are to refrain from any unruly conduct including, public intoxication, lude behavior, vandalizium, and threatening or fighting with our staff or any other guest in attendance.  


    In the event that there is any unruly conduct, the event will be immediately shut down regardless of any remaining time.  No refund will be issued and if neccessary, the authorities will be contacted to defuse the situation.

  • Damages

    If there is any damage to any of the furniture, decor items, sound/ lighting equipment, bathrooms, walls, floors, interior or exterior of the building of any kind, the client will be charged accordingly using the credit card on file that was used to book the event.
